We will indicate to you if the provision of certain personal information is mandatory or not. For example, the “join our network” form requires you to include your first name and surname but does not require you to include your telephone number. If you choose not to provide any personal information marked as mandatory, we may not be able to respond to your queries or provide other services to you.

We may collect the following personal data from you:
- Contact information: Your name, company address, email address and phone number.
- Preferences: Email alert preferences when you subscribe
- Records of correspondence: records of your correspondence with us if you have contacted us.

Where you choose to sign up to our email alerts we process your personal information on the basis that you have consented to receive these updates. You can withdraw your consent by selecting the “unsubscribe” button at the bottom of our emails. If you unsubscribe from email communications we may still need to retain your email address so as not to contact you.

In other cases, such as where you contact us or provide us with comments, we process your personal data because it is in our legitimate interest to develop and promote our business and to communicate with you about this.

Personal information we collect automatically:
We also automatically collect personal information indirectly about how you access and use the website and information about the device you use to access the website.
